I can't imagine going here and not ordering the hot clay bowl of bi Bim bop. Leave it sit to get good and crispy. And for heaven sakes, it's Korean, so need it the only choice. One criticism is there's not enough sesame oil and they should crack the egg at the last second so that it is not hard.
