I was verbally demeaned and humiliated by their phone representative over an order issue. "Stupid" was her favorite word to describe me in a volatile manner when I tried to fix an order I had placed online. Then she tried to charge me an extra .05¢ per gallon after constantly belittling me. As someone who works in customer service, never in my life have I ever encounter this type of cruel service. Not only had this "employee" acted this way, but she also had the nerve to hang up the conversation when I informed her I would replace the order online. She told me that I "should have gotten it right the first time" and proceeded to end the conversation.
Let me be crystal clear, I will ABSOLUTELY never do business with this low class business ever again. The same goes for all of my extensive family and friends in the community.
Unprofessional is one thing.
