I had a lipo procedure 6 months ago. For me, it was not a favorable outcome at all. I am 51 and know my body. After the procedure, I've gone UP a size and only see a redistribution of the fat/weight. While I followed the post-op instructions, kept a healthy diet and exercised, I feel I did NOT benefit from this procedure in any way. If you are considering the procedure, YOU may have a different outcome.... at least I hope you do.
