I rented a Geri chair for my father and I should have noted that the delivery person didn't demo it. It was second-hand and didn't work right. It wouldn't even go down when they took it, and they put it on the truck like that. I complained and got no response. Too bad my father had to endure that in his last month of life. If you are unhappy with a rental, well...too bad.
