All Bright Nails & Spa

I’ve gotten only pedicures here. I had been geting the more expensive pedi (spa $35)w/gel polish. In total I’ve gotten maybe 4 pedis there. The first 2 were excellent, they were done by a young man. When I went back was told he no longer worked there. That’s fine but the third time I went I had acrylic placed on my big toes as I stubbed both of them moving furniture and the nails was very short. I had to ask several times to have my toes to my liking. I start to feel like I’m being annoying asking for what I’m paying for by staff quickly starting to carry on a convo in another language. I simply wanted my big toes square and even. Not difficult. Then I had to ask her to clean up the endges so my polish looked neat. Today I go for the same service. I am taken to the pedi chair by an elderly woman. In my head this wasn’t ideal for me but I told her what I wanted and just let her do her thing. I knew my instinct was right because as she’s cleaning the cuticles of my toes she’s not taking off any dead skin, barely touching my toe. When I speak up she tells me she’ll fix after. Then again trying to file my big toes to my desire they were both crooked and now too short. I asked to speak to a younger girl working there and she had someone else re start for me. I’m sorry but I don’t want an elderly woman fulfilling my service. The spa pedi the 2nd woman gave me was wonderful she cleaned my toes, scrubbed my legs and feet with a sugar scrub, used a mud type mask on my feet and ankle area then wrapped them in hot towels......that was perfect! I brought my own color polish and top coat. When I got home I had to take the polish off my big toes and re-do myself! They polish was just too thick on my big toes it looked terrible. The spa part of the pedi was great however the skill in painting, for me the most important part, was terrible. Unfortunately I am going to seek out a new place. This is a short walk from my place but I just can’t pay for a service that I have to come home and fix. Today was it.

Ive been coming to this location on and off for 3-4 years now. I moved out of Cambridge and looked for other places and always end up coming back. Highly recommend it!
