Good doctor and nurse staff, but questionable billing practices such as billing upfront for care which hasn't happened yet (and not applying the amount toward deductible etc.) If you are ok paying many many hundreds of dollars upfront in a lump sum for services not yet received then no problem. But I find the practice of billing for future services and holding the money completely ridiculous.
