If you’re looking for reliability and transparency, don’t come. When I arrived, the host was patient and friendly, I came in as a walk in hoping for a haircut. There was a customer who had a 7pm appointment very unlikely to show up so he said I could possibly take her appointment if I was in the shop if she was a no show. Chris was going to be my hairstylist; however, at 7pm when I was there he was still with his previous client and only said he wouldn’t be able to take me after I waited for an hour. I then asked how he would have even done with the customer who did have her appointment at 7pm, he responded by saying that he would have cancelled on her as well. It was just unorganized and unprofessional. Never attending this hair salon again.
