I can't say enough good things about this complex, I've just renewed my lease. My apartment is thoughtfully designed with a private entrance and a full size front loading washer and dryer among other great features. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and the pool is outstanding. Snow removal is timely and they're quite helpful, making sure the driveways and sidewalks are all clear and safe. The staff here has been amazing. Shawn is professional and responsive, always taking the time to ensure a positive outcome regardless of the concern. He is absolutely an asset to this community. The maintenance staff is quite helpful as well. I personally witnessed Tony going out of his way to help my neighbors, and in a friendly respectful manner. People here are friendly and respectful, and the community is safe. Located near 95 as well as a number of area stores and restaurants, this complex is quite convenient. Yet there's little outside noise and it's quite pleasant to walk, especially near the green space. This has been a fantastic place to call home.
