I used to be a loyal devotee to this place. There are few places in Wellesley that aren't super expensive. I began to see many problems here though. Even though I was a regular, no one was particularly nice to me. I came here often and for a long time, tipped well and they still weren't super nice. Even when I made an appointment I would have to wait and they often gave completely inaccurate wait time. I would wait for awhile, waste my time and then have to leave without getting my nails done. They often started doing a rush job, my nails would chip the next day. They also brought in an inexperienced technician that was completely horrible. My nails were completely rough and uneven at the ends. It started not seem that clean either. In the end, they aren't that cheap and I was disappointed every time. I stopped coming here and now get my nails done in Boston for less and am never disappointed!
