Bacci's North End Pizzeria

I work in retail in Saugus, Ma and one of our main goal is to give good customer service and satisfaction yo every client. We order from this place a lot. I called today to order spaghettis with meatballs and the girl who answered the phone seemed like she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She ask to repeat over for the same order . I thought she had it at the end. When I get the food delivered I have no mozzarella cheese nor parmesan on my spaghetti. I ask her extra parmesan cheese on the side. All I got was the parm cheese on the side. I called and told her she said: we didn't charge you for the extra cheese. I said:" exactly, extra cheese meaning on top of what you should have put I wanted an extra side of parm." She said well, what do you want? I said well to tell you that you forgot to add the mozzarella and parm on top of the pasta. She said well we didn't charge you for it. I ask her what's her name she said Elizabeth or Isabel I didn't understand I asked her to repeat it and she said With a tone of attitude. (You know when someone is being smart at you) "you want me to spell it for you? At that point I was upset she was being smart, and ask for her supervisor or manager and she said there was no one there. I will call back and speak to their manager so they can teach her some customer service techniques. I love customer service and is what I've done for over 12 years. A simple apology woudl have been sufficient.
