I get very nervous bringing my cat to the vet. Being new to the Boston area, my anxiety was at an all time high when I brought my cat in to be treated for her sickness. From the front desk to the technicians, to the Doctor, the entire Back Bay Clinic made my cat and my experience so pleasant. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone worked to soothe my anxiety and treat my cat with top notch care. Dr. Torres treated my cat so well and technician Noelle was so educated and even showed me helpful ways to groom my cat!
