We hired someone to dress up like Winnie the Poo for my daughters birthday party. It was a rainy day, she parked across the street and walked through mud puddles in costume with giant felt feet without protective plastic covers. She never even bothered to wipe her feet either. Needless to say, she tracked tons of mud into our house and stained our off white carpet. Then she skipped out 15 minutes earlier than the time we had payed for. You could barely hear her speak through the costume and the kids were less than impressed. When we called to complain the owner first lied to us and said it was an employee, then changed her story and said, actually I worked that party myself and you have no reason to complain. She was very argumentative and down right mean to both me and my husband over the phone and denied leaving early (etc.). I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! It's over priced and underwhelming, and the customer service is horrible!!! Don't waste your money!!!
