I had very negative luck with service recently. I tend to be objective as I can, as I used to go to this shop for years to change my tires on different cars. They always provided very quick and reliable service. Not this time though. I brought my BMW X3 for tires change and wheels alignment. The first task went well, but alignment caused me major problems. The car came back in worst condition than before the service. My steering wheel was crooked (off center). I came back next weekend for realignment, but was told to come back next Monday, as tech was not on site. I came back on Monday hoping for small adjustment. I waited for 3 hours before they told me they unable to align the car for unknown reason. I demanded for another look. It cost me another 2 hours of waiting time. The owner came out and brought me to the shop, so I watch the tech performing the service. I am not a specialist, but it was obvious the tech had a hard time to perform the service the right way. They assured me the car is set to specification and let me go. After I left the shop the car still misaligned. The steering wheel still OFF center. I lost a day from work, I lost the cost of alignment and I spent there 6 hours! (The shop don’t even provide coffee to their customers). I had to schedule appointment with BMW dealer to redo an alignment. It cost me another charge, but was fixed correctly right away. Customers, BEWARE! If you have decent car, don’t bring it to Bennet St. for alignment! Find more advanced shop. Bennet Street, unfortunately you have lost me as your loyal customer.
