I bought this phone there!! Wish I'd thought to bring earplugs. They seem to need to demo the sound gear they sell by cranking it all the way clockwise. I waited for twenty minutes for a slacker, wait, that's unkind. Ok, eighteen minutes for a slacker. Wait. I waited a while for a young person to trouble itself to spend three minutes on me, selling me this pretty nice cell. Best Buy sells unlocked cell phones. Maybe I could have ordered it online, but I needed to see it and hold it before committing to 18-24 months with an unknown quality. Good news is I shouldn't need to go to that particular store until at least 2020. Doesn't mean you shouldn't go. But he ready to be patient. The workers there are friendly; turns out friendly takes time to do right. Your chance to chill - just take it, a'right?
