Best Buy

This particular Best Buy is dirty, disorganized and does not care about retaining customers. It is a shining example of why traditional retail shopping is a dying venture. The management was curt and rude and chose to alienate a long time Customer over a $10 game card. I may look at devices as I pass though this dying behemoth on my way to the mall but I will gladly order items online from other vendors instead of buying electronics from this store. Generally, I only give reviews when they are positive but this experience inspired me to write a negative review for a change.
