Patient for 10+ years. My wife and I have been going to Bourne Dental for the last 10 years. Until this day I thought we were very lucky to have him as a dentist. I still believe he is one of the best dentist but his business office is not very professional and is always making mistakes. They are not a great representation of his practice and in the long run he will lose patients. In spite of the fact that we have referred many of our friends to his practice, and have been loyal patients even adding our son to his practice the business office decided that Bourne Dental would no longer be keeping us as patients due to a balance owed. My wife and I filed for bankruptcy and they waited for 5 months to tell us that they could no longer have us as patients even when we agreed to pay a balance that was just under 400 dollars. When asked why they waited so long the person replied "because we made a mistake." I am not sure Dr.Glavin is aware of how the business office speaks to or handles clients. I would like to think if he were aware they would make some changes. After 10 years of loyalty they dropped us over $370 and a bankruptcy. Awful!
Great experience as always! The hygienist and assistants are all so comforting and attentive, and Dr. Glavin is the most detailed and welcoming dentist I’ve ever had! I always know the staff will take great care of me
