Beware of nice guys. Jim Boyd's charming personality led me to continuously accommodate his scheduling problems when it came to fixing a walkway he'd installed for us. First it was late in the season and he said he'd do it in the spring. Then in the spring he said his walkway guy was sick. Then he said his walkway guy died and he hadn't been able to find another one. Then it was late fall again. Now he simply says its been a couple of years and I didn't buy a warranty. All the charming sweetness is gone. I have every last text he sent me so I know I'm not losing my mind. Needless to say I'm horribly disappointed as his prices are much, much higher than most of his competitors. For the record, I had used him once before and had no problem but then again, nothing needed to be fixed
