Female employees are too emotional in there under Bill Carpenter leadership specially when dealing with men. I was in there talking to Jill down in the basement she was getting ready to drump at me because I was asking her question related to what matters to me. Bill, macro manage is not too good but you need to try to be involved in what your employees are saying in there. People who thinks they are real American and other citizens are not are big no no.
