These guys are the real deal. I bought a Minoltra XG-M two weeks ago and shot a roll of film with it. In the middle of the second roll the film advance lever stopped working. I took it back in today, and they let me switch it out for a Pentax K1000 at no cost. The only problem was that I had already ordered myself a Minolta zoom lens from eBay that is now on its way, and I was told that I could bring it into the shop and swap it for an equivalent Pentax lens. That is customer service.
They also do film development here, which is just about as cheap as any other place I've seen ($16.99 for 24 frames) and supposedly has a fast turnaround of just a couple days.
