We planned a party for 200 people for World Down syndrome Day and our main attraction was a butterfly release. We scheduled weeks in advance and left credit card info. They were supposed to be overnighted the night before. We were told that the card would be run once they were shipped. We noticed around 8:30pm that no payment had gone through and so we called to make sure they had shipped. They had lost our order!! Very disappointed and we had to scramble to find something to replace them the night before our event.
