This company flat out lies! They claim youre out of pocket costs to be one fee then after using the machine for 3 months hit you with a huge bill. They lied to me about my copay in an email and over the phone. After confronting them they told me to send the machine back if I wasn't happy and I would owe them nothing, like a fool I trusted them. They took my machine back and are still trying to actively pursue payment through collections. I filed a BBB complaint stating I would pay them over $600 for the machine if they sent it back and they refused. Even after they had already billed my insurance company. I don't know how this is even legal. I would stay clear of using this company as they are dishonest. I will have to file a complaint with the attorney general's office to get this resolved.
