I went to Carl Michael Salon spur of the moment, I found them online and they happened to be down the street from where I work. They were able to work with my schedule and get me in the same day. I had had a not so great experience at my last salon in Beverly, (when I went to a different stylist and the woman did not seem to listen to what I wanted and I ended up with a hair cut that was not what I had asked for). I went to Carl Micheal Salon to try to correct this (a few months later because it had to grow out a bit!) Sam at Carl Michael Salon was wonderfully understanding, she listened and was attentive. Her communication skills were great, she spent a lot of time cutting my hair and making sure I was happy. She did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! And to top it all off their prices are fantastic. Very affordable. I would definitely recommend Carl Michael Salon, and definitely ask for Sam, she was awesome!
