Excellent place. Instructor is so nice and welcoming especially for the beginners we never felt for a day that we were new in the class. Rich challenges us, closly monitor us, correct our mistakes and make lessons so much fun and interactive. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a workout place !!
