Worked with a representative to buy tile for my backsplash. Sent pictures and had several conversations about what was needed and after everything, they spent my money on unnecessary trim and refused to take it back blaming that the supplier doesn't allow returns. All this after specifically asking if they allowed returns and was told yes with a restocking fee of 25% When picking up the tile they blamed the issue on my representative and refused any responsibility telling me I was stuck with supplies I didn't need.
Garbage customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
