The worst experience with this doctor's office. They never answer the phone. To make an appointment you have to go there in person. I asked them two weeks ago to do a referral for me and they still haven't done it. Most of the time I went there, I never had a chance to see the doctor, they keep sending me to the nurse practitioner. No matter who I met with, the medical staff spend like 10 minutes per patient and you don't even have enough time to ask all your questions. I get a feeling that they couldn't care less if the patient is sick.
