This place is a scam, and a ripoff. The services are decent, but dealing with their billing and accounting is atrocious. I moved far away from this location, and was unable to continue going, so I called to cancel my year-long membership. They told me I had to fill out a form, and submit a copy of my new lease showing I had moved far away in order to cancel early. I did this, and sent them all the required info.
Several months later, I noticed they were still billing me, So I called to have them cancel. They said they were sorry and they would fix it right away. Fast forward to just a few months ago, and they are STILL BILLING ME. I just contacted them again, and showed them the e-mail chain where I cancelled the membership and uploaded the rental lease files they wanted, and they said they cannot find a record of it (even though it's right there in the e-mail chain), so they are still going to keep billing me and not refund my charges. They are billing me even after my year-long membership ended, which I did not pay for or agree to. It's currently May 2018 and I am still being billed despite trying several times to cancel, and moving away from the area. This is a scam as far as I am concerned, stay away.
