I asked Dreyer Plumbing & Heating for a quote on a tankless water heater, they are the installer for the brand that Lowe's carries. Their representative was pleasant enough but he tried to switch brands on the water heater. I asked to receive a quote for both brands. After waiting 11 weeks for a quote I called multiple times to get an update. I finally heard back today... they are too busy to do the work and wouldn't be providing a quote. A phone call weeks ago would have been nice. I find it disappointing that I had to make calls to get the status of my quote after 11 weeks of waiting. If this is indicative of their customer support I'm glad they won't be doing the work.
I really disappointed at this point. Had them to my home twice now... once to fix my gas log set, which they got running but it was broken again a couple of weeks later. Had them back about that and to replace a faucet. Discussed replacing fireplace with a new one and was told I’d get a quote the next day. Today marks a week and still haven’t received my quote. I called a couple of times within this time and was told they were too busy and would get it done. I’ve now had time to get another company out here and will be going with them. I just don’t understand doing business this way. I had thought they were great but I guess not.
