Dunkin' Donuts

Last night (9/9) at 8:35 pm the doors were locked. The sign on the door said they were open until 9:00 pm and drive thru until 10:00 pm. We went to the drive thru and the employee informed me that they were behind in closing so they locked the doors. I mentioned that we (I was with 2 children) would like to come in and pick out donuts and she said she could read me what they had. So at lightening speed she spouted what was available. While she was nice, when I went to pay, she then said that the register wasn't working to use my pay via DD app - so she had to take my phone to a register inside the store. If the sign says you're open until 9:00 pm then the store should have been open until 9:00 pm. I am sorry that the were behind but that's part of the job. Part of the fun of being at DD is picking out the donut from the yummy selection -
