Dunkin' Donuts

Awful experience today. Went through drive thru on my way to work. Asked for a multi grain bagel not toasted just sliced with veggie cream cheese on the side. I got plain cream cheese and my bagel was toasted, burnt in fact! Completely black and burnt. I didn't realize this until I had arrived to work and I'm very upset. I'm pregnant and don't eat right away because of morning sickness, and I was looking forward to finally eating something and this is what I got. This location seems to have an issue with listening and paying attention. They're too busy talking to each other and looking at their phones to pay attention to customers. Not to mention I had to repeat my order twice at the window. I bring a lot of business to Dunkin donuts but this will be my last time at this location. Management needs to get on top of their employees here.
