Dunkin' Donuts

It was 5 stars but I'm editing it today 10/29/17 to 1star. One of my coffees wasn't hot and my wife said that she didn't taste the coconut and wasn't sweet but ordered 5 sugar with caramel, not to mention there most definitely didn't have xtra cream. My coffee was a pumpkin spice with cream and I can't say for sure that they put pumpkin in but i can say that when I opened it there wasn't a drop of cream even though it is marked cream on the cup. The most disappointing part is when i got home and noticed these extreme errors the only answer she had for me was i can come back and she will remake them. I said that I walked 15 mins there and 15 back, she gave me the same response. She remembered me when i called too! If i should have spend a half hour to have them fix their mistake I should also get my money back for the coffees!
