Ellie's Pizza

My roommates and I ordered three separate sandwiches for the afternoon. Two of the three sandwiches sent to us had problems. One was the wrong order, the other was a panini with soggy bread. We called back and the hostess informed us that we would be brought two new sandwiches, one with the correct order and one without soggy bread. The delivery man only brought us the mistaken order, so we called again. The hostess then informed us that the bread is supposed to be soggy and if we want a new one we will have to pay! I'm not sure that's how a panini is made!
