Sammy is very professional and communicated thoroughly what he planned to do. At times, though, he relayed almost too much information, which for instance led to some confusion regarding whether 1) he had been supplied with the right replacement part and 2) he needed to contact a factory tech support person before proceeding with the repair. Upon questioning, he assured us that, yes, he had the proper replacement part and no, calling the mfr was not necessary. The repairs were then smoothly completed, the HW heater worked properly as soon as it was turned back on, and he and his helper cleaned up satisfactorily afterward. In conclusion, we regarded both of them to be very good at their jobs, and we’d recommend them highly.
