Filho's Great Road

This was our first visit to Filho's and it was all very positive. We were greeted as we entered and given a choice of where to sit. We arrived relatively early for dinner, 5:30, so there were still seating options and quiet enough for conversation. My food was excellent. I would highly recommend the beet salad! I should have stopped with that but proceeded to have veal saltimbucco for my entree ... excellent again! My husband wasn't as pleased with his choices but the wait staff was excellent asking if they could change something to make it more satisfactory. The restaurant is small , but I think that lends itself to becoming a regular stop for many in the community ... the kind of place where they might get to know you by name. The bathroom facilities was adequate as was parking. A special shout out to Julie, our server, for an excellent job!

Stopped in and placed a takeout order and had a glass of wine at the bar while I waited. The bar tender Adrianna was very personable. Very pleasant, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The linguine dish and the beet salad were VERY good. Next time I will have to stay and eat dinner there. Would highly reccomend Filho’s!
