I purchased my Habitech home at the Willows Condominium complex in Ayer, MA. I have nothing but positive thing to say about by buying and my residential experience. The maintenance crew does an excellent job at maintaining the property. Given our harsh New England winters, the crews did roof raking to care for the roofs with an accumulation of snow following several storms. Lisa Cole, the realtor for the builder does an excellent job at explaining and answering all questions before and after the sale. I love living in the Willows and have excellent neighbors!
