Super quick service. I tripped on my laptop charging cord and damaged the connection on the laptop itself. David ordered the part immediately and had it soldered within a few hours of the part coming in and my getting the laptop to him. I also had a challenge accessing some data on an older external drive. David was very quickly able to make the drive accessible on my laptop, which had not been able to recognize it when I tried on my own, and I am now able to access the data! Great company made up of great people!

Up front disclosure: I know, and am friends with the owner. However, my honest review is that he's fair and honest. I've seen him working with customers before to find the best answer for them, and not taking advantage when there is a lack of knowledge. This is something of a rarity today.
