Hampton Inn Boston/Peabody

My daughter and I stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend for a National tournament. The service far exceeded our expectation. At 7am in the morning, we had a flat tire, the front desk supervisor, Ibe, came out to assist us and actually changed the tire himself!!! It was truly amazing, and beyond the call of duty. Luckily, my daughter was able to make it to her match on time. We appreciated this kind gesture and look forward to our next visit. Thanks a million, Ibe!
