I set up an appointment over phone the knight before with a sweet girl. To get oil change and detail my car completely. She asked if i wanted my carpets and seats washed i said yes. I arrived at 730am right when opened. Spencer had helped me out and told him i am getting my car detailed and oil change. James (great person, keep him) came in took me as i told him i have been waiting since 730am for oil and detailing. Finally car was ready and it was past 1 pm thinking my car will be nice and detailed cleaned. Went to my car and it was just VACUUMED i am soooooo mad as i waited all day on my only day off just to get my car vacuumed! I could of done that on my own if i wanted it just vacuumed !!!!! I waited almost 6 hours just for an oil change when specifically asked for all detail not just an oil change!!! To top it off i had some work and school assignments and the wifi was not working to keep me occupied through out this wait. Which did not help! Thank god for Isaac for helping me get to a couple places for meetings and so on. Very funny and good driver.
