Seemed good, but after almost 30 hours (1.5 business days) I was told Service closed at 2:00 today (web site says 6; no prior mention). Nobody knows when my car's problem will be diagnosed: I "can" call Monday. I live over an hour away, and as we'd agreed on Thursday, my car was towed there shortly after six. What gives, folks? If I behaved like that at work, I'd be pounding the pavement right quick.
THEY RE CROOKS Called to make an appt for a dup fob key for my 03 saab convertible.I was quoted $130 and was told to bring the car in. I did and after sitting around waiting for 30 minutes i was told itll be $250 AND they didnt have the part. after 10 days of no communication i called and was informed the part was in ?? Did i not deserve a simple phone call informing me of that ? I brought the car back in and had to pick up the part myself and after ringing the bell in parts 6 times someone finally responded.The key was programmed to my vehicle and to my surprise and dismay i was charged another $ 130 for the programming. Horrible service and the service manager has a personality of a ROCK !!
