I stopped in to have new plates put on my car and an inspection when I first moved to the area. I confirmed an appointment before driving there, but when I arrived they said everyone had left for lunch - come back in an hour. This ended up being ok since I had to visit the RMV too, but not very professional.
2 months later I notice my plates were hanging crooked. It was because they use PLASTIC BOLTS to attach the plates to the car. Good thing I didn't lose my plates! Who uses plastic screws on a car?
I called them to try to get the broken bolt screw removed, but they never picked up or returned my messages. How incredibly shady and crappy!
