I went to Jesamondo for the first time this past weekend for a cut and color. When I arrived at 2pm for my appointment, I waited until a little past 2 when I was told that my original stylist was "running late' and someone else would be taking me. I'm not sure what the issue was with my stylist but I repeatedly told her that I wanted my hair to be a "caramel brown" all over. She kept asking me if I wanted foils, which I did not. I wanted one single color all over my head. When all was said and done, my hair was still a dark brown, not even close to the shade I explained AND showed the stylist a picture of. I also was not impressed with the cut I received. It was much shorter than i asked her to go. All in all, I wouldn't go back.
