Jiffy Lube

These people put an oversized oil plug on my oilpan causing this a leak. I’ll never come back to a jiffy lube. They have bad reputation anyways I’ve heard bad stuff.

I'm unsure why this place has bad reviews? Are people really complaining because they try to up-sell products and services? That's their job! Everyone here was amazingly nice to me- opening my door to my car, opening the business door for me when my car was done, sounding authentic in the way they greeted me, everyone said goodbye to me. I am a former GM and DM for multi retail locations before starting my own business and when I say I'm impressed I mean it. They treated both my Highlander and myself with respect and amazing service. I am new to the area and will only come here for now on. Special shout out to Beth and Sam who were the direct 2 people who helped me. I'm not sure who your manager is but he/she is doing an incredible job with a great staff. Thank you! -Kate
