KW Insurance

I recently moved to Cambridge from out of state. Massachusetts law required that I obtain in-state insurance and register my car pretty much as soon as I moved. This insurance agency was closest to my new place. I have a complicated case. I have been licensed in two different states. I was told I must obtain a driver's record from these states. What I wasn't provided was any help in doing so. The job of an insurance agent is to help you get insurance and later file claims. I have received no help in obtaining my drivers records. I have done all of the legwork myself and the kicker came today, when KW's notary refused to notarize the document I so desperately need to reduce my premium to 33% of what I have been quoted. This forced me to go across town, find another notary and ultimately fax in the form myself. In other words, I have done all of the work my insurance agent should be at least helping me do. Don't use KW. They do not think customer-first. It is no surprise their previous iteration was bought to form this conglomerate.
