This is my fourth experience with Mastria Buick and I have always been very satisfied. My salesperson, Michael Norwood, was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make my decision on a new purchase. He answered all my questions politely and was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely refer anyone needing a vehicle to Mikael at Mastria.

I love coming all the way up to Mastria to get our Terrain serviced even though we live in NYC because the people who work there are the nicest, friendliest people! I once had low tire pressure and called to see if service could help me and they did! Time and time again they are efficient, professional and friendly!
