This establishment should be shut down. We went through the drive through. We waited for 20 minutes even though there were about 5-6 cars only. We had an app coupon that said we would get "free hash browns with a breakfast sandwich". We bought an egg and cheese sandwich that was undercooked and had to throw out after a few bites--but those bites were enough to make me run to the bathroom all day, the hash browns (with an s at the end which in English means plural, aka more than one) was just one. We ordered 2 large coffees and got 2 small ones, we got the wrong change, and didn't get the receipt until after I went back to ask for it. On the window they have a piece of paper where there is a phone number and an email address for complaints. I called the phone number and left a message (the answering machine promises a call back within 24 hours which never happened as it's 2 days later), and the email I sent to the email address bounced back since it's not a valid recipient. So in other words, they can do everything they want because you can't complain to anyone. Maybe I'll send an email to the Attorney General's office since I can almost guarantee that they are in violation of a few board of health and business establishment violations. One other note is that the brilliant server I had mentioned said that she was the manager (her name was Gem--what a gem). So kids, listen to your parents when they tell you to study hard so you won't end up working in McDonalds. After this experience, I can guarantee you there is truth in that saying. It doesn't seem as I'm the only one complaining either after reading all the review.
