Based on previous experience with this office I recommended a client to use them for a recent transaction. Mistake. My most recent experience was quite unpleasant. Complete lack of communication, I had to push and prod them the entire way, and at the end, due to the extreme time this cash deal took to close they buyer chose to give up the deposit and walk, very disappointed
