Total waste of time. I signed up online for a visit and I was given 12:02 for an appointment. I got there at 11:35 to see my name crossed on the log screen as a no show for 11:00 appointment ( I have a confirmation text saying 12:02). I signed in again and I was given 48 minutes wait time. The log screen showed3 people ahead of me and then showed lunch break after my turn then other appointments. I waited patiently and at 12:56 the Nurse Practitioner came out to announce that right after the person before me she was going take her lunch break. I explained to her my situation and how I left work for this visit but it was in vain she rudely snubbed me and told me it wasn’t her problem..
