Unfortunately, I regret to give Mr. Appliance a poor rating. Beware do not take a day off from work unless you absolutely have confirmation that Mr. Appliance will show for the appointment, and even then !!. Mr. Appliance fails to show, and blames Electrolux the mfg. Undesirable customer service, that with each phone call will place you on hold for an extended time and then disconnect. My stove over heated while in cleaning mode and melted the bottom. The stove heated so hot that it set off all the smoke sensors in the home and we had to open all the doors. We disconnected the stove, afraid of fire and it has been out of service for over a week. I Called Electrolux, and they schedule a return visit and informed me that Matt the tech should have called the TID unit while with the stove to receive assistance with diagnostic. Followed up with Mr. Appliance the typical experience of a long wait time, and informed no visit schedule. Informed a interior cabinet ordered. I questioned the electrical system to the stove and concerned about the excessive heat that melted the bottom of the stove. I was informed that the stove may have been kept in a cold warehouse at the company and that this could have caused the situation of excessive heat. The stove was purchased 11 years ago and has been in the same location for 11 years. Spoke with Electrolux again, who informed me that Mr. Appliance did not conduct the appointment schedule because the part had not arrived. This makes sense. Mr. Appliance should of contacted me to let me know that they were not going to come out until the part was in. Meanwhile I have taken another day off from work. Matt the repairman/owner presents to be polite and responsible at the time of the visit. However, after the visit he failed to keep me apprised and lacked in the area consumer satisfaction.
They made sure we had a solution for a faulty appliance from the manufacturer. They worked with us for two months and did a fantastic job the entire time, even though the original installation was supposed to take one day. Very professional and courteous, I highly recommend them for installation and service.
