I made an appointment for a haircut. It was my first time locating the place as someone not from the area. For this reason, I was 8 mins late. 8 minutes normally wouldn't seem like a dealbreaker, but when the stylist only had 30 mins set aside to wash, cut, and style my hair... IT WAS. I can't understand the logic behind that when you've never seen the customer's hair??? I guess this salon operates on quantity over quality. So I got the quickest wash ever and the stylist proceeded to cut my hair. I got a cut in less 10 mins. My 'hairstyle'' requires a good technique to look right. All I got really was a trim. I had to go home and even snip a few odd pieces myself. I ended up going to another salon to get a REAL haircut.
I even said, I'm sorry I was late...should I come back in order to get a good cut? She said ooo no it's ok, I can do it.
I left there looking awful.
I will NOT be recommending this salon to anyone in the Boston area. I prefer a salon that cares more about their customers.
