Best Consult Experience Ever! From the moment my 9 y/o son and I walked in the door, we were received by super friendly staff. They even wanted to see pictures of our new puppy. With every interaction, they made my son feel super comfortable like they were old friends. The wonderful bed side manner in explaining everything, taking the time to educate and overall kindness and compassion came through and leads me to believe that this will be a fabulous experience for my son to take on the phase I and II braces escapade. In comparison, we had another consult with another orthodontist the next day and it was awful in comparison. This other office staff seemed miserable and the Orthodontist was arrogant and talked down to us and explained reasoning like "I've been doing this for years... I know from my experience". Dr. Patel and Northfield staff however were so interested in making sure we understood the development, logic and reasoning and I truly appreciated his approach. Northfield quote was very reasonable and feasible and the other consult was triple the cost! Why? The treatment plans for Phase I was very different however I didn't see why the discrepancy so much in cost. I also didn't feel comfortable with the other teams strategies whereas Dr. Patel's made more sense to me. I'm forced to go on a 3rd consult for peace of mind and due diligence since they varied so much but I think Dr. Patel and his team at Northfield are outstanding. I'm rooting for them to be our choice but I need my 3rd opinion to make it official. Thank you Northfield team for making this such a positive experience for my son. He's really looking forward to it!

Just removed braces after 18 months! Feels so good. Dr Patel and his staff were very professional and explained the procedure and process all the way and the results are fabulous! Dr. Patel is the best. You change my life. My wife loves my new smile!
