Oakley Vault

I went in to exchange my brand new Oakley mod 3 helmet, for the same helmet, just in a bigger size. This was a birthday gift and I didn’t have a receipt. The store manager was rude and unprofessional. She told me I would only get $100 my helmet, even though it clearly retails for $140 and I’m making an even exchange. I don’t understand how changing a size costs $40 extra. Genuinely disappointed in Oakley, it used to be one of my favorite places to shop. If you shop here, just be forwarned, their return/exchange policy is terrible.
